It was hubby’s birthday on saturday and we celebrated with a little brunch. It was quite a lovely get together and I think he had fun!

SO I feel very blessed to have him in my life. Someone who is quite different to me in many ways but is such a gift to me.
He is my best friend. He is home to me. Someone who challenges me to be the best I can be, someone who inspires me to live to the full. He is always ready for some fun and we have so much adventure together. Our lives together thus far have been anything but boring and I love that.
He is an incredibly loving and devoted dad to our three kids. Pouring so much love upon them whenever he can and just being willing to wrestle and tumble and play with them – I see how much they adore him.

And just the best hubby I could ever ask for. An amazing man of God who always puts God first in his life. An incredible preacher and leader – one of my favs!

I really love birthdays. Such a significant time to really celebrate the people in our life. To remind ourselves of the influence and the impact they have upon us and to love on them and bless them. It does challenge me though to not just make it a ‘day’ of appreciating them, but to also be showing them how much I love them everyday.
So Happy Birthday babe! I am sooo grateful to be sharing life with you as your wife and friend. I consider it to be a real privilege to be a team with you and can’t wait to see what’s next.
